Scope of Services to be offered:

We have all required equipments, tools and highly qualified specialists to extend our services for Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of HV power Transformers.

We can extend our services as under:

a) Providing fully equipped support crew to transformer manufacturer's specialist for erection, testing and commissioning for all types of HV power transformers.

b) As independent, manufacturers approved and fully authorized specialists and maintenance engineers for HV power transformers brand SGB (Starkstrom-Gerätebau GmbH) – Germany.

All working activities are followed with QC/QA procedures, check lists and test Protocols. Working procedures and supporting documents comply fully with good engineering practice - International Standards.

Scope of HV power transformers erection, testing and commissioning works is divided in following stages:

• Offloading of transformers from trailer and positioning it on foundation.
• Components unpacking and assembly of transformers accessories , unpacking oil (drums), pumping it to special tanks (20000 l each) and filling transformer with oil through high capacity – high performance filtering machine.
• Detail visual inspection of transformer.
  
• Oil Dielectric strength and insulation resistance measurements.
• Transformer Ratio measurements.
• Vector group tests.
• Operating – Functional Tests.
• Winding resistance measurements.
• Zero sequence impedance measurements.
• Thermal image settings.

Each operation is guided by detailed method statement, prepared for particular installation works, and test procedures formats.

HV Power Transformers SGB – Starkstrom-Gerätebau GmbH – Germany
As agent of prime German HV transformer manufacturer SGB, we have trained manufacturers appointed and authorized engineers to carry out site erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance works on their power transformers.

On behalf of SGB we are authorized to issue all required test certificates, clearance for commissioning and other relevant technical and contractual documents.

Necessary spare parts for maintenance or preventive service are always available with us.
